LV Nails Spa salon, our policies are created for your safety and satisfaction. If you feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied at any time during your visit, please respectfully inform one of our staff members and we will try our best accommodate you.

As a courtesy to order clients and to ensure that our business runs smoothly for your needs, please respect the following policies:

• Notice of appointment cancellations should be made at least 12 hours in advance.
• Customers are responsible for their jewelry and personal belongings. Always bring your personal belongings with you when moving to different stations.
• Refrain from shaving your legs at least 24 hours before getting pedicures.
• Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: Open Cuts, Sore and Contagious Diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• We love kids; however, we encourage clients to arrange baby-sitting in advance to fully enjoy our services.
• All sales are final. If you experience any issues with a service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a client is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a threat to the safety and comfort of our staff and other clients.
• Prices for nail designs vary by time and technician skill. Please ask your nail technician for detail.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals (5+ minutes) may need rescheduling.
